SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Most orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available, please use our contact form, and for reason select "Expedited Shipping/International Shipping".

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. on our website. If you are interested in ordering outside of the U.S, please use our contact form and for reason select "Expedited Shipping/International Shipping".
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing orders, and cancellations may not be possible. Contact us to cancel your order.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Zari & Friends purchase! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.
Received a gift? If your gift arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to issue an e-gift card for the value of the item so you can choose a replacement.
For all other concerns, we’re here to help! While we don’t offer refunds or returns for issues beyond damage, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.
